Burey is the fourth boss. He acts like Jason, but the food is rotted so it arcs and Burey bounces a lot. 1/2 health causes him to throw fresh bouncing fruit, and he might throw a star block or waddle dee as well. The star block is destructible and the waddle dee just acts like the Dust Bunny enemy.
